About Stay Loyal
Stay Loyal is an Australian brand of dog food.
Stay Loyal replied and stated that this batch was removed due to them storing it in too high temperatures.
No idea when it was removed but it must have been recently as this second mouldy bag I got in November.
So incredibly disappointing.
In July I opened a bag of Chicken, Lamb and Fish biscuits. It had mould throughout. It had a BB of 20 May 2025. I contacted Stay Loyal. Valerie promptly sent me a replacement bag.
I have had numerous bags since then.
21 December my nearly 3 year old Chihuahua randomly has a seizure. It was suggested that she may have consumed poison. I check the bag of dog biscuits that were opened two days ago. They again have mould. I check the bag and it has the same BB of 20 May 2025. Stay loyal have not replied to my complaint as of yet.
